Provisional results is out very soon, even I was scared to death when thinking about the results. The full results is going to be announced on 2nd of June.
Once it’s out, you can check at USM HealthyCampus and USM Registry. Regarding KSCP, you can check USM full documentation here. I will paste some useful points below:

This is to inform that all Pharmacy students may check their results through
the system available via TeleAcademic/SMS/Web Portal. These services
are accessible as follow:
Provisional Results : Pass or Fail results on 11 December
Final Results : Results with Grade on 19 December
The announcement of results is subject to the date of the USM
Examination Council meeting. Changes [if any] will be notified. Students are advised to keep their examination slips, to be able to access the system. Be sure that you are ready with your physical and mental before checking the results. We are not responsible for any incidents or tragedies after checking the results..lolz.

And so the final examination of semester 1 for 1st year pharmacy students starts today (7/4) . 2nd year students will face their first and second paper on the next day, 8/4.

Announcement : on 18th of April, (hopefully on the evening) we will be having a so-called semester end party...involving pharmacy students and lecturers...
We hope that everyone's will not rushing for "balik kampung" as soon as the exam finished. Stay for a while ok? coz if u miss this party u have to wait for another year to experience it again...
There will also some "suprise gift(s)" from us [as memento].
Got idea for the party; can tell us via email, ym, sms or personally with Raj, i'd say.
