IPSA Annual General Meeting 2008/2009

Gratefully we would like to inform all member of IPSA that the second Annual General Meeting would take place on 9th January 2009(proposed date, will be confirmed)

Agenda of the AGM will include;

1) Introduction by the current IPSA committee

2) Report presentation by the secretary and treasurer

3) Discussion of motions.

4) Election of new IPSA committee

5) Closing speech by IPSA Patron

Venue: BKG

Time: 2.30pm—5.00pm

Attendance is compulsory for all IPSA members.

IPSA Election 2008/2009

1) The election for new constitution of IPSA will commence on the Annual General Meeting on 9th January 2009.

2) The post available is as follows;

A President

B.Vice President

C. Secretary

D. Asst. Secretary

E. Treasurer

F. Committee member (4 places)

3) All member of IPSA that has paid yearly membership fees is eligible to go for any position

4) Class representatives is not eligible to go for President position.

5) The election will go by Voters systems and by simple majority. 7 Voters are selected by

each batch classes democratically and only Voters has power to vote during the election

6) Those that go for any post will be required to give short speech/manifesto on why they

should be selected on that particular position.

7) In case of draw, winners will be determined with the votes from previous president,

Advisor, and benefactor.

8) Those interested to go for the positions must submit their names before 29^th December

2008 to class rep or directly to Muhammad Nooradely (2^nd year)

Motions

. Motions includes the complaints, disagreements, suggestions, and changes that will make IPSA a better institution upon the implementations of motions.

2. Motions can be submitted by all members of IPSA. These motions will be discussed in the Annual General Meeting.

3. Motions must be submitted at least 3 days before the Annual General

Meeting takes place, that is before 9^th December 2008.

4. Motions can be submitted to any IPSA committees or directly to Muhammad Nooradely (2^nd year)
