Notes :

1. All group leaders and Group 1 members must be present at meeting on 18 December.

The meeting will be held in college. We will discuss on task allocation and preparation.

2. All participants are advised to come early by at least one day to ensure they know their roles from their task leaders and previous day participants.

3. All task leaders are responsible to ensure their task is carried without problem. All participants need to follow the instructions of their leaders regarding the tasks.
